Pet Policy

Dogs, cats, small birds and fish are permitted. There is a limit of 1 dog or 2 cats per apartments. Any other caged animal and any animal perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited. Dogs must not exceed a weight of 40lbs. Pets must have a complete immunization record prepared by a licensed veterinarian and have any license required by law.A one time pet fee of $250 is required per unit, non-refundable, with a $25 monthly pet rent except that there is no additional charge for birds and fish.
